2025 Lake Norman Hospice Regatta Registration
You don’t want to miss the 25th Annual Lake Norman Hospice Regatta and Party! The event will take place April 11th-13th, 2025 and benefits Via Health Partners (Formerly Hospice and Palliative of Lake Norman). A truly worthy organization that helps so many individuals, families, and friends at the very most critical times of need. Racing is planned on Saturday and Sunday. 2 courses – PHRF and One Design ATB and a Dinghy course. Fun events are planned all weekend including a Sailors Social on Friday night and the dinner / party with a Silent and Live Auction on Saturday night! Friday, April 11
5:00pm Check-in - Sailor check-in, Late registration
6:00pm Friday Night Social - All regatta participants and LNYC members invited! Appetizers and music. Please bring a dish to share.
Saturday, April 12
8:00-9:00am Breakfast
9:30am Competitors’ Meeting
10:30am Races begin immediately following competitors mtg (weather permitting)
4:30pm Ahoy! Arrival of our Sponsors, Guests, & Sailors
Silent Auction Open
5:15pm Welcome Remarks
5:30pm Memorial Moment - Remember and honor loved ones we have lost. We will gather around the flagpole at the Lake Norman Yacht Club, light a candle while sharing the name(s) of our family and friends.
6:30pm Regatta Dinner - Enjoy a served buffet dinner and bid on exciting silent auction items. Dinner reservations required. *Silent auction items on display and available for bids throughout the day. Please place your bids any time!
7:00pm Kool Cat Ice Cream – Ice cream truck available as one of our dessert options
8:00pm Silent Auction closes at 8pm-ish.
8:30pm Live Auction Begins!
